Spiritual Discussion/Meditation Classes

Class Location: Gray, TN
This class is designed for all levels of meditation experience. There will be a spontaneous spiritual discussion during the first hour and a half followed by a thirty minute guided meditation. I suggest you wear comfortable clothing and bring water to drink.
Creative visualization and guided imagery are utilized to move participants to an experience of complete connection and oneness. This practice promotes peace, releases stress, and supports a healthier mind and body.

Important: If you have previously registered for a Spiritual Discussion/Meditation Class, you may simply send an email to me at mitzi@op-publishing.com saying that you plan to attend the class.
